NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OWASCO, CAYUGA COUNTY, NEW YORK

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Town Board of the Town of Owasco, Cayuga County, New York will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the Town of Owasco Town Hall, located at 2 Bristol Avenue, Auburn, New York  13021, in the Town of Owasco, to discuss and consider the purchase of Lot 1 West Lake Art Conservation Center, Inc. Subdivision, part of 6642 East Lake Road in the Town of Owasco, containing approximately 195.6 acres which was part of the former Lakeview Golf and Country Club.

The Town Board would like to hear from the public regarding this property.
